Purpose:

The Health Science Information Section (HSIS) exists to promote interest in health science information; promoting cooperation and providing collaboration opportunities among clinical campus, hospital and other types of libraries within the state of North Dakota.



HSIS Member Opportunities:

  • Continuing education sponsored by the section, the Medical Library Association, the National Library of Medicine and more
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Networking with other health sciences information professionals
  • Session, paper, and poster presentations at the NDLA Annual Conference

HOW TO JOIN HSIS:

1) If you are not a NDLA member, complete the online membership form. Select the 'section' option(s) when prompted.

2) If you are already a NDLA member, select the section option within your member profile.

You can join multiple sections without additional cost.
