Purpose: | This Committee is required for the ongoing functioning of the association. It is responsible for: Soliciting a minimum of two NDLA members to run for each of the NDLA offices of President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer and, in years when the terms of the representatives of affiliated organizations are up, the ALA & MPLA representatives Contacting all section and roundtable chairs to secure a list of their candidates with at least one name per office Maintenance of the official NDLA ballot, other electronic ballots and tallying, validation and reporting of the votes of the general membership Supplying information on all candidates to the editor of The Good Stuff for inclusion in the pre-conference issue |
