Information For Presenters

Practice Rooms

As you know, the event will be held completely online using Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. We want you to feel comfortable presenting with this technology so we have set up two open practice sessions for you to explore. You will be able to enter these sessions as a presenter so that you can experiment with the technology. You may upload files, play around with settings, or whatever else you want to do so that you feel comfortable in the environment. These rooms are available at any time between now and May 16th for unstructured practice. Please email Jessica Gilbert-Redman or Erika Johnson to receive information about accessing these sessions.

Note: For security reasons we are not able to include links to these practice rooms on the web.

Materials Deadline

Slides and posters are due to Jessica Gilbert-Redman by the end of day on [insert date]. Everything will be uploaded to Blackboard Collaborate Ultra for you prior to your presentation. (Please see more information about slides in the Notes for Presenters document, which was included in your acceptance email. If you've lost the presenter acceptance email, please contact Jessica Gilbert-Redman or Erika Johnson to request the link for this document.)
