Welcome exhibitors to the 2026 NDLA Conference in Minot, ND, at the Grand Hotel, 1505 N. Broadway. This year’s conference will be held from Wednesday, October 7th, to Friday, October 9th. Please join us and reserve your space early.

NDLA encourages conference attendees to visit the exhibit hall by offering them:

· Dedicated conflict-free exhibit hours

· Exhibit hall snack & coffee events

· NDLA silent auction fundraiser held in the exhibit hall

· Contest that encourages attendees to visit with vendors

2026 Deadline Dates

· $325 Exhibitor Early Registration Price now through June 30th.

· $375 Regular Registration Price from July 1st to August 31, 2026.

Tier: Bronze Availability: Unlimited Cost: $100 Includes:

· Visual recognition of sponsorship in the NDLA pre-conference edition newsletter featuring the sponsor’s name and logo

· Visual recognition of sponsorship in the conference program featuring the sponsor’s name and logo

Tier: Silver Availability: 5 Sponsorships Cost: $250

Includes:

· All benefits of the Bronze Tier

· Verbal and visual recognition during the awards presentation for support for one of the following awards (available on a first-come, first-served basis):

o Librarian of the Year | Major Benefactor | School Library Benefactor | Youth Excellence Program of the Year

Tier: Gold Availability: 3 Sponsorships Cost: $500

Includes:

· All benefits of the Bronze Tier

· Verbal and visual recognition of sponsorship during the introduction of a keynote speaker

Tier: Platinum Availability: 3 Sponsorships Cost: $1,000

Includes:

· All benefits of the Bronze Tier

· Featured exhibit space

· Banquet meals for 4 sponsor representatives

· Verbal and visual recognition of sponsorship during the banquet

· Recognition on the NDLA Facebook page as a featured sponsor

Cancellation Policy:

In the event an exhibitor must cancel participation, a written request must be sent by email to conference@ndla.info. Cancellation requests sent on or before August 1, 2026, will receive a refund of monies paid, less an administration fee of $75. Requests received on or before September 1, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% monies paid, less an administration fee of $75. After September 1, 2026, no refunds can be made. Companies unable to attend are required to notify NDLA so that suitable adjustments to exhibit space may be made.
