Purpose: | This Committee is required for the ongoing functioning and oversight of the organization’s financials: Assists the Executive board in budgeting with regard to investment of the North Dakota Library Association funds, dues structure, and budget and reimbursement requests Serves as the annual internal auditing committee Reviews the quarterly financial statements |

The Committee Chair is appointed by the NDLA President and may serve concurrent terms of office. The President, the President-elect and the Past-President are voting members of this committee. Whomever holds the office of NDLA Treasurer and Membership Committee Chair serves as advisory member. |
