Keynote Speaker

Thursday Keynote: Bobbi L. Newman. She is the author of the book Fostering Wellness in the Workplace: A Guide for Libraries. She is an advocate for mindfulness, body and neurodiversity acceptance and promoting psychological safety in the workplace. Learn more about her on her website, Librarian by Day.

Friday Keynote: Mychal Threets. Mychal is a recipient of the ALA's "I Love My Librarian Award." He is most known for his social media presence (@mychal3ts) in spreading library joy and mental health awareness as a librarian in Fairfield Civic Center Library in California. He is now the PBS Kids' resident librarian. We are so excited for this fireside chat-style conversation with Mychal!

Preconference

Our Pre-Conference speaker will be Kelsey Bogan. She is a High School Librarian, who is most known for her blog and resources Don't Shush Me! Her workshop-based pre-conference session will focus on diversity in collections and programs and spaces for primarily youth readers, but applicable to all collections.
