Base fee:
  • The exhibit area includes one 8x8 foot draped booth, 1 draped 6 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor
    badges, and company ID sign.* Additional exhibitor badges are $25 each. Add-on furnishings
    and electricity will be available at an additional cost in the Exhibitor Kit (see page 8). The exhibit
    hall is carpeted.

Cancelation Policy:

In the event an exhibitor must cancel participation, a written request must be sent by email to conference@ndla.info. Cancellation requests sent on or before August 1, 2025 will be eligible for refunds of monies paid less an administration fee of $75. Cancellation requests received on or before September 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, less $75 administration fee. After September 1, 2025, no
refunds can be made. Companies unable to attend are required to notify NDLA so that suitable adjustments to exhibit space may be
