Purpose: | The New Members' Committee (NMC) provides new members with the opportunity to meet others and learn about NDLA. Committee chair serves one year plus a recommended additional year as Past Chair. Meetings occur once every other month via video-conference.  Join the NMC for monthly Happy Lunches! |
These virtual “happy hours” will take place at noon on the 2nd Friday of each month, beginning in March 2023. Co-hosted by the New Members Committee and other NDLA committees, sections, and Executive Board positions, these lunches are a great way to learn about the work of the association and meet members from across the state. CurrentBusiness | What are we doing? The NMC has been in conversation with the Membership Committee about the possibility of joining the work of the two committees together, and this was approved at the August Executive Board meeting. Stay tuned for more information on the merging process. |
