Tech Services & Government  Documents 

Purpose:

Provides a forum to initiate and support programs to increase the availability, use and bibliographic control of library materials - including federal, state, and local documents, as well as to create and foster cooperation between Technical Services and Government Document librarians in all types of institutions in North Dakota by:

Developing standards for the administration of federal, state, and local documents

Collaborating with the State Library to facilitate the collection, indexing and distribution of state documents

Promoting the increased awareness and use of federal, state, and local documents throughout the state

Selection of the Notable Document Award nominees, as well as the tallying and reporting on the vote at the NDLA conference
